Cancel

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can easily cancel it through your account:Cancel. Youcando thisuntil the order has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned in order to cancel it.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the date of receipt without giving a reason. You can easily do this yourself through your account: Returns

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return request.

Holidays

During the Christmas holidays, you’ll have more time to return products, giving you extra time to do so if a gift isn’t to your liking or if you received a duplicate. In this case, you have until January 1, after which our standard return policy will apply again. 

Conditions for return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for the reduction in value.
  • This is a product from the web shop. This means that orders printed on demand cannot be returned (unless these products were damaged or defective during delivery).
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
